Supermarkets and other retailers are often attempting to issue parking fines or parking charge notices to customers who they claim have not parked in accordance with the rules.

The basis for their claim is that you are in breach of contract for parking in a manner that does not comply with the parking rules for the car park.

If you feel that you have knowingly breached the terms of a parking contract and you have been issued with a parking charge notice then you should pay the charge immediately if you consider it to be proportionate.

However, if you believe that you have been issued a parking charge notice unfairly or that the charge is disproportionate then we can help you fight back.

Have you received an unfair parking fine from a supermarket or private parking company? If so, tell us about your experience by using our contact form - click here.
